Spray Glaze

Aldia spray glaze is a hot and ready to use glaze that needs to be heated to 85°C in order to activate the pectin, which will give the necessary jellification. This product is suitable for spraying machines.

The consistent structure, rapid jellification, freeze/thaw stability and resistance on fruit/pastry are the main advantages of our sprays.

Our hot glaze can be used in various applications such as viennoiserie or pastry.
